REAL ESTATE PHOTOS OF THE WEEK

This is what we do--real estate photography for realtors and their clients. We try to capture the essence of the house and make it look like a home that potential buyers will fall in love with. If you are interested in any house, let us know, and we'll see that you get the information.

"Close your eyes to dream. But open them to find your way."

THE BOYS--Andrew

We have four grandsons. Andrew Robert Kmett is our oldest by six weeks. His birthday is in November. Andrew loves sports of all kinds. He played tee ball and soccer this year. He loves football and basketball and can't wait to play these sports on a team. He watches sports on TV too with his dad and can tell us facts about the games and teams just like his dad. He loves to visit us at the beach and really enjoys the pool. He'll start kindergarten in the fall. Andrew has a fantastic imagination and loves to pretend. He loves to joke around and is very smart.

THE BOYS--Kai

Kai Andrew Blattenberger was born on January 4, 2004. He is our second oldest grandson. Kai will enter kindergarten this coming fall. He loves riding bike and he just learned to ride his two-wheeler. He also likes throwing a football, kicking soccer balls, running, batting, coming to the beach, and eating ice cream. He's also a good swimmer. Kai loves going to the zoo with his mommy and to the lake with his daddy. He's a real jokster who loves to laugh. Kai is really smart and has a huge vocabulary.

THE BOYS--Braden

This is our grandson, Braden. He turned three in May of 09. He loves coming to the "beach house", watching cartoons, making sand castles, and hitting balls off the tee. He is our free spirit, our charmer, our love bug, and our happy-go-lucky boy!

Our second youngest grandson is Braden Alexander Kmett. He was three in May. He is our free spirit, our charmer, our lover, and our happy-go-lucky boy. He loves visiting the "beach house", making sand castles, playing soccer, and hitting balls off the tee.

THE BOYS--Chase

Let us introduce our youngest to you. He is Chase Matthew Kmett. He was one on January 28, 2009. He loves his brothers and his cousin, Kai. He follows them everywhere. He's learning to talk really early because he listens to them talk and he copies all they do. He has a very sweet, quiet voice. He smiles a lot. He is friendly and lovable and mild mannered. Little "Chaser" as we all call him is a charmer.

SUMMER IS HERE

Summertime and the living is easy! Rehoboth is filling up with tourists. We are enjoying our life as residents of Rehoboth Beach. In our townhouse we have one patio on the first floor, a screened-in porch off the living room, and a deck off our master bedroom. They are now furnished and decorated so we can enjoy them on these wonderful early summer days. The screened-in porch is Gracee's favorite. She loves going out there and finding something to bark at. We back to the canal, and it is lined with trees. We enjoy watching all the birds that visit, and it reminds us of our home in Montoursville. On our deck off the bedroom, P loves to sunbathe. Business is picking up slowly, and we are trying to increase our client base. Overall, life is good. Each day is an opportunity to meet new people, bask in the beautiful sunshine, and savor what the good Lord has given us.
"This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us give thanks and be glad in it!"

REAL ESTATE PHOTOS OF THE WEEK

This is what we do. These are samples of our real estate photography. We'll feature some of our work about once a week or so. We definitely have our favorites and maybe next time we'll feature "our house". Every week we fall in love with another property, but one of our first shoots is still "the one" we'd buy if we won the lottery. There is so much beauty in the real estate down here. We enjoy this type of photography like we do our other work. We try to highlight the good features of each house that we shoot. We want to make the picture say 1000 words for the realtor and the potential buyer.

These top 4 photos are of the same house in Rehoboth Beach.
Notice the seashell fireplace!

We love taking night shots. This house is in Dewey.

Come back often to see more .

Contact us if you are interested in any house.
We can give you the information.

TOUR OF CENTER OF THE INLAND BAYS

Members of the Green Designation class were invited to visit the Center of the Inland Bays at Indian River. The nonprofit Center was established in 1994 to promote the wise use and enhancement of the Inland Bays Watershed through habitat protection and restoration, science and research, education, and outreach and public policy. At one time the building was used as a coast guard barracks. When the Center took it over, it was converted into offices and conference rooms and was built using all the latest green methods.
