COOPER'S DIARY PT. 2

Since I've come to live in Rehoboth Beach, I've been very busy! We're either walking, playing on the deck or yard, travelling in the car, or visiting our family. One of the first things we bought after I moved in was a basket for Gracee to sit in in the car. It hooks onto the head rest and raises her up so she can see out. Secretly, my mammas said (they thought I didn't hear) "this'll keep Cooper away from her". I was stuck on the seat and I couldn't see out the window like Gracee could. This just wasn't fair! So one afternoon while we were driving Gracee was looking out her basket at me all smug and I couldn't stand it any longer. I figured out a way to climb into the basket with her. Of course, Gracee told the mammas by growling at me (she always growls at me), and they looked back to see what the ruckus was. When they saw me in the basket, instead of being angry, they laughed and took a picture. I love those mammas. Now I climb into the basket whenever I get in the car. Sometimes Gracee isn't with us, and I climb into it and sit there by myself. Funny thing, though. The basket seems to be getting smaller! Pretty soon I won't be able to fit into it!
